I'm assembling a business plan for a new Truck Stop in my area. It will feature ample parking for 50 to 75 trucks. (Should there be more?) Will also include showers, a game room, TV room, a restaurant, islands for fuel, and a small convenience store. The fuel center will be separate from the restaurant and both will be managed independently. The truck stop will be located less than a mile away from our local Wal-Mart Distribution Center, which has 45-50 trucks going through daily.
