My girlfriend was raped as a child by her father for 11 years. He is currently in jail on charges for attempted murder but is set to be released within the next couple of years. She has a restraining order on him yet he continues to call her from prison and make threats to her. On top of the torture she endures hearing his voice she also has been receiving unmarked letters via the mail showing pictures of him raping her. Is there anything we can do legally to keep him behind bars? Apparently the pictures show his face in clear detail.
