can you post 10% of bail in wisconsin jails to be released?

My boyfriend had a warrant for felony bail jumping and i was told that i could pay ten percent of what the bail is set to get him released till his next court date. Is this true?
 
YES this is true. My girlfriend had numerous tickets and was held in Rock County,Wisconsin jail. I posted $100.00 of a $1000.00 bail.She is out and awaiting court date.
