hello i have a 2005 dodge stratus and my friend stuck the spark plug wire in where the spark plug goes and he had me start the car and i did and it shocked him... now my car want start i got all power to thr radio and lights also to the computer but not to the stater it wont turn over... alos if you can please tell me how many relays there are and which ones i should check same with the fuses... can you please help..
