Can you please explain the basic strategy for solving this circuit design problem?

Okay, I need to figure out the values of the individual resistances that satisfy the nodal images in the circuit diagram in the link below:

But for the life of me, If I solve the circuit with nodal analysis, there are two many resistance variables and not enough equations.
What would be the best approach to solve this? can you please help me out here?
Note: Point A has a 15 volts input, point B should give a 2.5 volt output, point C and D are both +5 and -5 volt inputs respectively, point E should have a 5 volt output, which should be the input for point X and point F should have a 3.5 volt output.
