Can you play Sega Game Gear games on a Nintendo Gameboy?

I read somewhere that there's a way to emulate old Sega Game Gear games on the Gameboy (but it didn't say what kind--GB, GBC, GBA, GBASP, etc.). Is that true? If so, how do I do it? For example, I have the ROM for Sonic Chaos on my computer, which I play using Fusion 351 as an emulator. Do I somehow have to transfer that ROM to a blank cartridge? If so, where would I get a blank cart, and how would I transfer it?

Any help is greatly appreciated. I'm just a regular gamer tryin' to kick it old school again ;D
