Can you paint paneling?

Sure you can paint it. Make sure it is clean, then paint it with kilz to help block the darker colors and paint whatever color you want.
It will give you a nice subtle design and be fresh.

Paneling is on the walls of most of the rooms in my house and I hate it! Can you paint paneling? If so, what do I have to do without sanding or ripping it off? Thanks!
