I normally paint xmas decs for outdoor use out of exterior wood, I don't like the finish, it chips off too easy and requires too much sanding. I am looking for an alternative that has a smooth surface. Does anyone know what I can use that won't bow or warp that also does not cost ridiculous amounts? Can anyone advise on a product called brace board? It's smooth on one side and rough on the other, apparently a lot of builders use it. If fiber glass is to be an option is it easy to cut with a jigsaw?
