Can you not clean fish tanks while pregnant? Im concerned.?

My friend told me cleaning my fish tanks (i have two, one for my two betta, and one for my goldfish) My boyfriend has been doing most of the work around the house since im always sick here lately. I feel horrible if i'd have to make him clean the fish tanks too. I always wash my hands with anti bacterial soap and take a bath when im done. Is it truely harmful to my baby? Im a very concerned mommy and if it's unsafe ill have to find a way around it i guess, but i'd prefer to be able to clean them. I hate feeling so useless lol. Im so sick all the time i can't do a whole lot, i want to atleast do what i can.
 
Its okay to clean a fish tank, I dont see how being in that water is any different than playing in a pond or lake... and playing in the lake is okay while pregnant. Just if you are using any chemicals wear gloves and make sure the window or something is open so you arent breathing it all in... Other than that, its just water, so you are totally fine!
