a few years ago one of my teachers made us watch this video but i never got to see how it ended and i cant remember the name for nothing. even though this was a few years ago i remember it in a lot of detail up until the part where i didnt get to finish.
it was about this girl who tricked her little brother into running away from home with her because she thinks that her parents dont care to much about them, they both got on the school bus and rode it until its very last stop which i think was some parking lot in the bigger part of the city, or somewhere like that. they go to a museum and look at a statue and the sister tells the brother that their going to be spending the night at the museum, he gets mad at her because she told him they were going to be sleeping in the woods. they hide out in the bathroom until everyone leaves then she leads him to this fancy bed thats on display and they sleep there. when she wakes up she checks her watch and freaks out because they over slept and people were going to be walking into the museum any minute now, she wakes up her brother and they hide in the bathrooms again until the museum is filled with people, then they leave to go eat at some diner where i think a news report or something like that comes on and talks about the statue they saw and the mark the artist used to sign it but they dont finish watching it because they see there picture on the newspaper being sold with the "have you seen us?" sort of thing under it so they get out of there quick.
the last part i saw all i remember is her looking at a book and saying that the statue could be magic or something like that.
so dose anyone know what movie this is? i watched it in forth grade which was 4 years ago and i think the movie was probably a little old then so i dont know what year it came out or anything.
