I watched it some time ago... long time ago it had a girl getting hit by a car whille she was running to see the guy she liked and dying because of getting hit and became a ghost or something and I remember she wanted to eat a dog and at the end credits the dog was singing and she lived in a apartment with perverted neighbors on the upper floor... if you could tell me what it is then thank you so much I've been looking for the name for years!
