Can you move your memories to another person's brain/body?

Like, can I transplant my memories of childhood?
And I heard it's already possible in small animals. Is it true? If so, what animals are they?
 
I don't believe that it's possible for memories to be mechanically transplanted from one mind to another. The closest thing I've seen is the dance language of bees, and that seems to be genetic. Of course, memories can be "transplanted" by telling stories about them, or teaching about them, by sharing them between people. Perhaps they can be transmitted telepathically, if someone is so gifted. However, I haven't heard of a mind-swap machine. Hope that helps.
