Can you mount 5 lug chevy wheels from 91 C1500 on 5 lug 81 toyota 2wd p/u?

I have a 1981 Toyota 2WD p/u with weld wheels on it and also a 1991 Chevy C1500 ext cab p/u with stock wheels on it. I want to swap the two since the toyota is no longer running. Do they both have 5x4.5 bolt patterns?? Will they swap straight across or will I need adaptors??
