For finance (not including financial product sales positions, which are not really finance) they prefer applicants with a finance degree. You may still apply with an econ degree but you'll be passed over unless you got someone on the inside to juice you in. Management has more to do with your existing skills; nobody hires inexperienced grads as managers -- you need to earn the position through entry level work. As for marketing, good luck on that as majority of marketing grads never can find anything in marketing (salesman is NOT marketing).
