When I was around 15/16 I ate all the time because I never felt full but was still average weight then I got pregnant and I gained a crap load of weight and lost some
And now I'm stuck at 180(I'm 5'6)
I was wondering if I eat all the time(around every hour) but switch what I usually eat with fruit or something like that
Will I lose weight?
And what else could I eat that won't make me gain weight besides fruit
It has to be a TO-GO food because I'm only home at night
