Can you Kickstart a old 1970s Honda moped?

I have a old honda moped from the 70s and it has a key start. I was wondering if i could kickstart it without the key. I lso was wondering what type if sprak plug to use to replace it. I think it is a Honda express or something like that. Thanks
 
nope. You would have to hot wire and then kick it. Look for a wiring diagram online. You may just be able to unplug the key cylinder, it worked on a ct70(it would start but the lights wouldn't work). I think these had the wind up where you kicked it over a few times then depressed the left handle to start it.
