My son is 19 was in JROTC for over 3 years. scored 78 on his asvab. Dropped out with only 3 credits needed to go. due to me having a brain aneurysm rupture and just lost any interest in school. I am better now but he would like to join the army. What can he do? Is there a program that will let him enlist or any type of waiver? We are in Tampa Fl.
