Can you import your XBL account to someone else's xbox and back? Can 2 headsets

be used 1 for each account? I was wondering cause when I go over my cousin's house I want to be able to play under my account as well as him being able to use his at the same time. Will I be able to import account to his Xbox and than back to mine with out my subscription being cancelled or any other complications?

Also if I do have 2 XBL accounts on one box can we each use a headset at the sametime?
