Can you identify this Liza Minnelli film?

I'm trying to identify a film from years ago, starring Liza Minnelli.

She plays a women who was disfigured by having car battery acid poured onto her face, who is sharing a house with two other people, both with physical disabilities. I think one was in a wheelchair.

Does anyone remember the name of the film?

It's not out on DVD as I looked last year but there's usually a dubious copy floating round Ebay or you can buy it of someone Stateside that will stick it on a DVDR for you.

Pity it's not available on DVD, because it's a brilliant film.
