can you hook a pioneer cs-R590 home speakers to a 1600 watt amp and cut the subs out

and put them in a car? there are 2. 12inch subs in the box they are 150 watt each. im wondering if i can cut them out of the original box and put them in my car and hook them up to a 1600 watt amp?
