No sorry, you cannot.
And cargo planes (like the mail planes) are not allowed to bring passengers. If you worked for a air freight company, there is a chance you may be able to arrange transport this way (I know for a fact Fed-Ex used to do this) but since 9/11 I'm not sure that is still possible.
