can you help me with exercise advice? please help!?

I'm 25 6'3 240lbs with a bmi of 28.81 I am wanting to lose a little weight but gain muscle in the process.... i would like to be 245 of lean muscle mass..... i am a trucker so i don't have time to go to a gym everyday so mainly i will be working out right outside of my truck....so what i am needing to know is a good full body workout routine i can do 4-5 times a week and also what a good meal plan is to lose weight while gaining muscle.....

also wanting this meal plan and workout routine to be about 3 months long then change it up to something else
