Monday: Bike for ---, wallk for ----,
Tuesday: Rest, weight training --

something like that.
I want to build muscle and get a lot more firm/fit.
Im 5'5 and 115
 
Find an exercise program on television or good exercise video tapes. Do it everyday or even twice a day faithfully. The exercise instructor will already have what needs to be done and how much figured out. If you have Comcast (East coast cable company)-on the Comcast demand, they have an exercise selection on there and you pick what you want and can watch it whenever you feel like it. Also, there are about 2 exercise channels on 24/7.
