When I was in the 7th grade which would have been 2001, I read a civil war fiction book about 2 brothers who fought on opposite sides in the war. I remember the chapters were written as alternating journal entries from the brothers and that they were from Virginia. The author had written other civil war fiction novels too. I cannot not remember the author or the name of the book please help?
