its an Anime compilation video i saw on you tube a while back it had Alot of different shows the scene that i remember most is from this anime Inukami, where hes naked and it has an elephant censoring his penis while hes dancing, the song goes something like be-boo-doo, bee-boo-doo, yeah! (while he dances it played) i think it also has hellsing in it but not sure, ive been looking for this video for a while but cant find it...
