I'm looking for material, literary and scholarly, to aide in my research into the Jinn/Djinn of Arabic folklore. I am chiefly interested in pre-Islamic folklore but Islamic material relating directly to the Jinn would also be welcome. The ghul (ghouls) are of particular interest, as my research is preparatory to a work of fiction including them.

I first asked in Mythology and Folklore, but I thought I might have better luck in another category.
