Can you help me find a surveying camp?

I am an 18 year old college student in Connecticut. I am really interested in surveying and civil engineering and I don't know where to start. My school does not offer civil engineering or a surveying course. I was planning on getting my degree in business and during the summers go to a camp and maybe go to classes for surveying. Then once I get to my junior and senior year I would get an internship with a surveying company. Out of college I would like to work for a few years as a surveyor and get my license. Eventually I would like to own my own business of surveyors. Any tips? and can you help me find a camp near by that I can go to? Or maybe any ideas that can get me involved with land surveying. thank you
