ok so my dad needs to send this letter out and asked me to type it for him, but i have no idea how to reword the sentences and make it sound more professional. can you guys help me revise it. its only like 5 sentences.
It is my displeasure to write you on our decision to dissolve the Company A. This decision was made mutully amount majority shareholders of the company due to tough economic times and finally keep business operating. With this letter, we are notifying each shareholder of the company and as well as all related parties. If you have any questions or concerns about this development please do not hesitate to contact me within 30 from the date of this letter.
the second sentence seems so off but i dont know what to say. please help
