I'm not an art buff, that's why I'm asking for your help.
1) Identify media/medium and techniques used to create this piece. - So could I say oil paint on canvas?
2) Identify style used - I want to say abstract but I'm not sure.
3) Subject matter - I'm guessing its just the Eiffel Tower and maybe some roads.
4) What is the artist trying to communicate? -Is he trying to show boldness with colors?
5) What is the content? -I'm not sure what meaning he is trying to get across
