So i'm in a class for people who want to be in a band, but never have been, so you can experience what it's like and learn how to play in a band. At the end of all the classes, we will have a small concert to show off all the songs we learned how to play. One of the songs we're learning is Whole Lotta Love by Led Zeppelin. There is a spot in the song where John Bonham plays a simple solo, but I was told to come up with my own, the problem is that iv'e never really come up with a solo before. It should be an improvised solo, but I want to come up with a structure so that I can use that to help me while I play. Does anyone have any tips, websites, videos, etc. that can help me out? Thanks.
