Please be specific and short in giving me your best opinion about the following:

(1) Why Obama & Biden "blocked" investigating Freddie/Fannie Mortgage giants largely believed to be behind the recent meltdown of our economy by their votes?

(2) Why did McCain introduce a bill in 2005 to investigate these companies and opposed by some republicans and majority of democrats?

(3) Why did Obama PRAISE Bush's bail out plan of effectively socializing America's financial system at "tax-payer" cost?

I learned facts about this financial disaster last week that makes me know why some candidates are favored by media and others are not.

What do you think?

Thanks for your participation.

Clarification: Obama, Biden & a bunch of other republicans and democrats voted to BLOCK the investigation.

Please look it up and you will be amazed at how the contributions made by Fannie corresponded to how they voted. The second HIGHEST was to Barack Obama only in a group of 350 senators.

We (taxpayers) need to help the poor millionaire bankers trapped with million dollars homes that no-one can afford to buy because they should have never been built in the first place.

It's the "Patriotic" thing to do.

Those sound like loaded question. Two senators would certainly not be enough to block an investigation of anyone.

2 sounds like a statement instead of a question. Clearly you prefer McCain and that is fine.

3) because if Bush did not do this, the market could likely spin into another great depression. Take a look at the Wall Street Journal from the last few weeks. You will notice that the paper is subtly slanted against the democrats (most papers are slanted at least slightly one way or another-- in my opinion the WSJ is not nearly as slanted against liberals as some other papers are against conservatives.)

Perhaps you could attach some links to support your statement that Obama and "Biden" blocked the investigation. I am curious how a junior senator could have wielded such power on his own.

BTW I'm a registered independent.

Your source links only go to your other biased questions. Where are your outside verification sources?
How many here lived through "Regan-omics"? What will happen when there is no more Middle Class?
Any change after the current Administration will be most welcome. When I hear candidates speak glowingly of Ronald Regan I cringe. I lived through his administration. I know that "Trickle Down" economy does not work. The rich are not rich because of their spending and generosity. They are rich mostly from saving-cutting corners-hording. Percentage Wise it has always been the middle class that have supported the charities giving less individually but more collectively to support them. The middle class does not buy the privileges and support of the political leaders. It benefits the rich to eliminate the middle class and have a ultra rich ultra poor society.
And what has the trickle down economy done under the current administration? Unemployment is expected to rise to 5% this year. One person had the gull to say the homeless are homeless because they choose to be. Oh really?

Regan did not go the the same extremes-This is what we have now:
Predatory mortgage lenders-record breaking numbers of foreclosures-budgets to the Social Service Agencies (including job placement assistance) being slashed to fund a war. It is no longer just a few anymore. It is parents with children, the elderly, the under served Vietnam war veterans, the mildly mentally ill. A crappy economy-illegals who work for no benefits and low pay ..., jobs being outsourced to other countries....
Higher percentage of taxes taken from the middle class (33%) and lower for the wealthy (18%) for the "Trickle Down" economy scheme. Sky rocketing fuel prices resulting in higher priced nessesities of food, heat, est.
I volunteered 100 hours at an agency called M.E.N.D. (Meet Each Need with Dignity). Recent B.S. Degree in Human Service Management (April 2007)

Is it true that Palin said "Thanks but no thanks" to Congress about the bridge to no where?
