i was in class and i got bright red all of a sudden and i was burning up. it looked like i had sunburn but i know i didn't because it wasn't there all day and if i was sunburned i would have been cold! but it lasted from about 1130 til 3 then through out the day i would get really hot and red. its been kinda happening for the past 2 days, what do you think? is it hot flashes or something else?
