summer,and indoor in the winter? by the way, I just bought a packet of 6 seeds from the Thomson and Morgan website!
and another thing: I am Italian and Frangi-pani in Italian means "Bread-crumblier" . How is that? Is there a story behind that, especially for the fact that it has an Italian name?
 
yes you can... it can be grown to tropical and subtropical areas... but in winter, keep it indoor... plumeria is sensitive to low temperature.
