can you go to jail for prank calling someone?

ok so i called a lady blocked out of the phone book and i told her to get out of the house now and like screamed it to her and like 3 hours later i got a call from an officer asking me if i called a lady and yelled at her and he said that they called the phone company and unblocked my phone number and that in 2-3 weeks there will be a warrant for my arrest so just call in 2 weeks to check and im only 15 so can i really get arrested ?
i live in CT and i just yelled at her and said get the F*** out the house and hung up
 
Don't ever do it again and don't answer your phone unless you recognize the name/number on the Caller ID and DON'T answer the door.
 
It would help if you told us your state of residence (Alabama, Alaska, etc.).

I think if they can unblock your phone number and call you in that timeframe, they probably can arrest you. Anything which came of an arrest would happen in juvenile court.
