can you go to jail for hanging out with a 15 year old when your 18?

im 18 going to hang out with a girl i like and her friends at the movies shes 15 year old. her mom doesnt know and said she didnt want me to go to the movies with her because im told old. if her mom finds out. can i get charged with statuory rape, if i dont have sex with her or anything?
