I was recently jailed when they could not find any pot, but instead a bud-less stem, less than a cm. This looked like a tiny piece of hay its was so small. I couldn't even be positive it was a marijuana stem and not the police just getting frustrated they couldn't find anything. What can I do to challenge this? I mean it could be a pot stem, my cars kinda old, but with no actual marijuana, what can I do? or what can they do?
