Can you give me some info on Photography jobs?

I'm 14 and I love Photography
It's my passion..do you know how much money
that will make for me in the future? or what schools
that can help me in Photography?

My boyfriend (togather for 9months) was going to go to a school in Photography
but he want to be a cook so he about to be in colanary arts
I think thats how you spell it but can you answer my question ..
 
They guy above me has no idea what he's talking about. People still pay VERY good money for a good photographer. I'm 19, own my own photography business, and It's been incredibly successful so far!

And as far as money, that depends on how well you can sell yourself, and of course how good you are. On November 14-15, I held a christmas photoshoot at a local golf course, and made $250 an hour. After expenses, it was about $168 an hour, which is still very good money.

If you work for "Image Express" or "Picture People" or such, you probably won't make much more than minimum wage. Working for a big name company (Nat's Geo, People, OK!, etc.) You will make much more.

There are MANY options, and I suggest you do your research and when you get older, play with portraits, weddings, animals, landscapes, etc. See what floats your boat, then narrow it down from there, whether you want a shot at a magazine, owning your own business, or whatever!
