By "near," I mean within an hour or so from Knoxville. Must be okay for energetic 4 and 7 year olds - not too short but not too long - and I would like either nice views or a destination, such as a waterfall at the turnaround point. No paved trail, and preferably the option to climb around and explore during hike. Thanks.
