i don't thinks its just the occasional heartburn i get it about every night,i really don't wanna take medication for it due to the fact i was recently on some medication for a wasp sting.the medication i was on could be the cause of it though.i just finished using up the last of the methylpredisolon(steroid)-hydroyx pam-and famotidine.i wanna know if any natural remedies will cure it long term if i do have acid reflux or work temporarily.
