Can you give me a breed of dog with these traits?

Hi, I want to buy a puppy, but I don't know what breed to get. I prefer one that:

*Likes walks and runs, but isn't to rambunctious and likes to lay still as well,
*Don't bark or howl very much
*Don't dig up gardens
*Don't shed very much
*And don't chase things very much

I'm okay with anything else.
