Can you get ringtones via Bluetooth on the boost mobile sanyo incognito?

I currently have the Boost Mobile clutch and you can not do that on the clutch. Now the clutch is on the boost mobile network and the sanyo incognito is on the sprint network. I really just want a phone that has unlimited text messaging and no contract. I also want to be able to get ringtones via bluetooth.
