I'm planning to do a degree in Biology at university, which I've got an offer from a good one to do. From what I understand you can persue Medicine from an postgrad level.
I know they look into your GCSE's and stuff so here's what I have: Six B's in History, Religious Studies, English, Maths and Double Science (the latter four are retakes), one D in ICT and a C in Land & Environmental Science. I'm doing the Access to HE course, where I've taken chemistry, human biology and psychology (equivilant to three A levels in one year) as my subjects and I'm doing some Level 2 FS thing in ICT and Level 2 English.
I'm 20 years old and I've worked in a few menial jobs, like a warehouse but also as a healthcare assistant, and I've did voluntary work with the police and a mental health charity. With a degree in Biology, will I be a good candidate? Or will I be outclassed by people with A* in their GCSE's and A-levels..
