My bf is on probation for 3 years. As a child he was adopted but didn't know that his name was changed. He always used his birth name. When he was arressted he gave his birth name. We found out of the name change by requesting a org copy of his birth cert to obtain id.there was no record of him being born under gis birth name. When I told the clerk about him being adopted she found his cert. His social says his birth name still though. My ? is after we go to the ssa and get a new ssc will he get in trouble with his po for not knowing his real name and will the charges role over to his real name? This is so confusing and messed up!
