can you get hiv if you have chlamydia and have sex with someone who dosent?

say guy number 1 gave her chlamydia and he tested neg for hiv but he didnt know he had chlamydia and gave it to her. then she didnt know and sleeps with another guy and gave him chlamydia. since both guys are hiv neg can she still get hiv
does the fact that she has chalmydia make her get hiv if she has sex with two guys who are not infected. damn i need sex ed class
