I got fired for breaking a policy- about staying late by myself with out a bag check, however just a week previous I had gotten a final written warning about the SAME incident... So can a company fire you even though you had just gotten punished for the same occurrence just one week previous? Because I figured it would be like double jeopardy I already got punished for it and then a week later they decide to fire me instead? Just doesn't make sence... I've been with the company for over 5 yrs and nvr had any other issues...
