What I mean by this is that I have a ticket that says only speeding violation. Is it possible to be persecuted for reckless/careless driving after having to take this ticket to court? (I do not have a choice about court)
I was going 82 in a 40 mph zone. He charged me with unlawful speeding, then yelled at me that if he didn't get my parent's numbers, I would go to jail.
I was somewhat confused at that point since I am 19, but I gave him the numbers.
