Can you get any jail time if you get put on deferred prosecution?

I might get put on Deferred Prosecution which is just suspending the criminal case and if Im good the whole year the case will be dismissed and I wont be charged. But if they give me deferred prosecution can I end up with jail time to?
Deferred prosecution means it WILL be dismissed its not a possability its a 100% thing. I just dont know if the ycan give me it plus jail time.

Last time I was on defered prosacution it was just for disorderly conduct. This time which im probably going to get it is because there willing to drop 3 felonys which = 32 years max and just give me defered prosacution on a mistameaner charge
 
If they said straight out they will dismiss it if you are good, they will. If they said it's a possibility they will dismiss it, then there's a possibility you will get jail time. Get a good job, maybe enroll in school and be very sincere and in that year they will probably dismiss it. Judges see criminals all day they know the difference between a life criminal and someone who screwed up. Be sincere and truthful and things should work out.
