can you get an increase in sec 8 voucher if a kid becomes too old to share rooms

with another ? I don't know how it works but there are 3 kids and 2 adults we are in a 3 bedroom apartment. my parents get one room my brother gets a room and I have to share a room with my sister. Maybe its just me but I want a bit of privacy since she is always under me. So can't Sec8 like increase her voucher value so she can get a bigger apartment or maybe a house?
