can you get acne infection from getting punched?

my face was beaten up 6 months ago and a week afterwarRAB, right as it looked like it had healed, i started breaking out in deep cystic acne. i'm 23 years old. i never had an acne breakout in my life. and the thing is they happend in general areas that i was punched at. around a cheek bone and on the side of the other cheek. the punching wound was not that severe- no bruise or swelling but it scratched up the skin. could my breakout have been the result of this? and also, i have a fat lip from the incident that's still slightly swollen. its been like it for 6 months. is this permanent? thank you in advance.
 
the bacteria that cause acne are normal residents of the skin, you cant catch them

I would suggest the following:

Wash your face with Cetaphil twice a day

Wipe the face ofver wirth a Nutrogena Rapid Clear Acne Pad

Apply Oxy 5 lotion all over the affected areas.

Your skin might get a bit dry, red and flakey early on... if it does, use a bland moisturiser (cetaphil lotion) and dont use any acne medication for a day, then go back to using it.

You should see a huge improvement in a month
 
i did use the cetaphi religiously and i stopped breaking out 2 months ago. what im most concerned about right now is my fat lip. the lip is still swollen after 6 months. it feels like some kind of fluid retention because right when i wake up from sleeping with my face up, the swelling is very minimal. the lip actually seems to get bigger as i go about the day.
