Can you get a new Ducati out the dealer for MSRP? I'm looking at the 848.?

I know less popular bikes you can get money off (especially when they are bigger bikes) just asking what a Ducati dealer would be willing to shave off the final cost, say maybe getting it out for MSRP. Thanks everyone.
I understand that MRSP is just for the bike that's why it is a good deal to get it out the dealer for that price. Just like a car I would never pay the MRSP. So I wanted to see if anyone had an idea on how Ducati dealers are on letting an 848 go for less than mrsp cuz I know I'll never get it out the door for mrsp.
 
I would look at the used market. An older low miles duck is like new but half the price. If I may say so, I like the older ones better, more character.

Manufacturers Recommended Selling Price is just for the Bike.
And that the
On The Road Price is MRSP plus Admin Fees, Fluids and Small Car Tax.
